Known Digital Agency provides a range of services including, but not limited to, web design, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and other assorted marketing needs.

5. One Day Website Wizard

5.1. Known Digital Agency offers a One Day Website Wizard service. This service provides up to 5 hours of dedicated work on client-specific goals for their website or marketing needs.

5.2. Clients must agree upon the scope of work and deliverables prior to commencing the service. The service is designed to be achievable within the allocated time.

5.3. No refunds will be issued for work that has been completed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope, even if the client is not satisfied with the outcome.

6. Growth Marketing

6.1. Known Digital Agency provides Growth Marketing as a monthly recurring service that includes web design, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and other marketing services.

6.2. Clients agree to a set of customized goals for the duration of their subscription. These goals are not subject to a separate agreement but are defined during the sign-up process and confirmed when payment is made on our website.

6.3. Payments for Growth Marketing are recurring and will be charged automatically to the client's credit card on a monthly basis until the service is canceled. Clients must provide 30 days' notice to cancel their Growth Marketing service.

7. Monthly Support Membership

7.1. Our Monthly Support Membership includes a set number of hours of support for website updates, design requests, and other marketing needs.

7.2. Payments for Monthly Support Membership are recurring and will be charged automatically to the client's credit card on a monthly basis until the service is canceled.

7.3. Unused hours do not roll over into future months.

7.4. Clients must provide 30 days' notice to cancel their Monthly Support Membership.

8. Hosting and Security

All hosting and security for clients' websites are managed by Squarespace. Known Digital Agency cannot be held responsible for any issues related to the technical side of hosting or security.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you provide, but by using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of delivering our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Known Digital Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the work being completed. If your concerns are deemed reasonable and justified, we may offer a refund or credit for the disputed services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
