Fee Schedule

This Fee Schedule outlines specific fees and policies associated with the services provided by Known Creative. All fees are subject to the Terms of Service. Please note that the listed fees are subject to change with prior notice.

Late Fees

  • Late Payment Fee:

    • 5% of the outstanding balance per week after the due date.

    • Services may be suspended if payment is overdue by 30+ days.

  • Missed Deadline Fees:

    • Rescheduling Fee: $250 if client delays require moving the project to a new timeline.

    • Reactivation Fee: $500 or 10% of the total project cost, whichever is greater, for delays exceeding 45 days.

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • Wizard Sessions canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time: 50% of the session fee is non-refundable.

Additional Services

  • Extra Hours for Website Support:

    • $175/hour for requests beyond the included time in the Website Support Membership.

  • Emergency Support Fee:

    • $250/hour for urgent support requests requiring immediate attention outside regular hours.

  • Scope Changes for Website Projects:

    • Mid-project changes or additional features: Quoted separately, minimum $500 adjustment fee.

  • Content Edits Beyond Retainer Scope:

    • $250/hour for one-off edits or additional content requests outside the agreed retainer scope.

Refunds and Adjustments

  • No refunds are offered for completed work or delivered services.

  • For prepaid retainers or unstarted projects, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis upon written request.
