Yes! You can book as many sessions as you’d like, including back to back hours.
Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that! We can definitely help. Register for a session with us and we’ll work with you to resolve any broken elements of the site.
We will complete all the updates possible in the amount of time you select. Before our call, you will send us a list of updates and we’ll make sure our expectations are aligned and we accomplish all that is agreed upon. If we can’t come to an agreement about the deliverables of the session, we can refund your money.
If you have a lot of work that needs to be done, book a call with us and we can discuss the options that would fit best for you..
Sometimes our clients have big aspirations and a full day session is just not enough support. You can book a call with us to talk about a bigger buildout.
No problem - we’re happy to live design on a site built by another company.

The answer depends on the complexity of your website. We can transition many Squarespace 7.0 websites to 7.1 during a Full Day session.
We can provide a refund before the work is completed if we are not aligned on the goals. Due to the digital nature of our work, we cannot issue refunds for work completed. See our full terms of service here.
On our side, our founder, Seth Hoffman, will be on the call with you.
Some of our clients prefer for Seth to train them on the call to make the updates themselves. Others prefer to have Seth make the updates while they watch and direct. Either approach works for us!
